- Unique slug identifier for the record.
- title
- Short descriptive title of the record.
- agencyId
- Identifier of the originating agency (e.g. aaro, odni, nara).
- recordType
- Category of the record (e.g. report, testimony, video).
- decade
- Decade of the source document (e.g. 2020s).
- status
- Publication status in this archive release.
- topics
- Comma-separated topic tags (JSON: string array).
- officialLandingUrl
- URL of the official landing page for the source document.
- sourceUrl
- Direct URL to the source document (PDF, video, or web page).
- archiveUrls
- Pipe-separated third-party archive copies (JSON: string array). May be empty.
